Shipping
Every painting and print is packed by hand, with care.
- Originals are wrapped in acid-free paper, protected with corner guards and bubble wrap, and shipped in a rigid box.
- Prints ship flat between boards or rolled in a strong tube.
Where I ship: Anywhere in South Africa by tracked courier. For international orders, please get in touch for a quote.
Shipping costs depend on the size of the artwork and where it is going. I will confirm the cost with you before your order is dispatched.
Orders are dispatched within a few working days, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Local collection can be arranged. Just contact me.
Damage in transit
If your artwork arrives damaged, please send photos of the packaging and the artwork via the contact page within 48 hours of delivery. I will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund.
Returns
I want you to love what you hang on your wall. If an original or print isn’t right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
- Please contact me first so I can share return instructions.
- Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged.
- Commissioned work is non-refundable, as it is made especially for you.
Refunds are processed within a few working days of the artwork reaching me.
